All items sent outside the UK will be sent via Airmail.
If there is a problem with your order, email us as soon as possible, delaying notifying us of a problem could mean waiting longer for the item to be exchanged.
Returns Policy
Refunds or exchanges can only be offered if the tags and original packaging are still intact.
If you want to return any items under this Policy we will refund or exchange the cost of the garment only, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item.
We will not charge you for delivery. All UK orders are sent out by registered post which need to be signed for. This gives an extra safeguard for those buying online. However, if there are any subsequent exchanges you will be liable to pay for all the postage costs.
Outside of the UK you will have to pay for the cost of us sending the exchange back to you.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights - if goods are found to be faulty or misdescribed
All goods are checked before they are sent to make sure they are of a high quality and fit for the purpose for which they were designed. Please check your goods upon receipt and notify us asap if there is any fault with an item.
In all cases you bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
